Stokes Title and Escrow Services is leading the way forward in the real estate closing industry. Ralph Stokes is a member of the bar in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and (pending) Connecticut. He has 26 years of experience in real estate law and has, at one time or another, managed most of the major title insurance companies in Rhode Island. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, from creating condominiums to simply making sure deals close smoothly. Matt Stokes is a title examiner with six years of experience, and has worked in 37 of Rhode Island's 39 cities and towns (even Block Island!) as well as nearly every registry of deeds in eastern Massachusetts. Together, they are a team of professionals in a position to change the way real estate transactions are done, by simplifying and streamlining the process in a way that is all too rarely seen.
